Job Responsibility:
Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
Building rapport and delivering a personalised experience
Troubleshooting issues and providing clear, effective resolutions
Turning challenging conversations into positive outcomes
Requirements:
You must be able to commit to 2 weeks of full-time training in the office
All successful applicants must attend 2 weeks of full-time training on-site: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
