Job Responsibility:

  • Handling inbound customer service and complaint calls
  • Understanding each customer’s needs and matching the right solutions for their household
  • Building genuine rapport so every customer feels heard and valued
  • Troubleshooting issues and delivering effective, clear solutions
  • Turning challenging conversations into positive experiences

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator and strong listener

  • Must be available to complete 2 weeks full time training
