Our client, a well-established service company in Burlingame, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) part-time Bookkeeper on a contract basis for a 4–8 week assignment. This role is approximately 20 hours per week and requires strong QuickBooks experience.
Job Responsibility:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Manage general ledger entries and reconcile bank statements
Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks
Support payroll and expense reporting as needed
Communicate with vendors, clients, and staff in both English and Spanish
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping experience
service industry preferred
Proficient with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
