A retail company in Brownsburg is seeking a part‑time Accounting Clerk for a long‑term contract assignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail who is reliable, organized, and comfortable committing to a set weekly schedule.

Job Responsibility

  • Entering and coding vendor invoices for Accounts Payable
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Maintaining filing and general accounting records
  • Assisting with other basic accounting tasks as needed

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior Accounts Payable experience
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow a consistent in‑office schedule (Mon/Tues/Thurs)
  • Strong organizational and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
