Are you an organised and proactive Administrator with construction experience? Are you looking for a part-time role that's varied, meaningful and part of a genuinely supportive team? Our client, a long‑established and highly respected construction company in Brentwood, is looking for a confident Part Time Construction Administrator to become a key part of their operations. Working closely with the Contracts Director and the Health & Safety Manager, you'll play an essential role in keeping projects running smoothly behind the scenes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves structure and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality work.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating O&M manuals, collating information from subcontractors to build the file to send to clients
  • Liaising with subcontractors to gather documentation on their materials in accordance with BREEAM certification
  • Liaising with Site Managers to gather Considerate Constructors Scheme submissions for audits
  • Updating and maintaining environmental tracking documents to record water, energy and transport CO2 emissions
  • Helping to collect and organise compliance documentation for company accreditations such as CHAS, Constructionline & ISO14001
  • Dealing with incoming calls and general enquiries
  • Managing and organising project documentation
  • Assisting with general health and safety administration

Requirements

  • Previous construction administration experience essential
  • Previous experience creating O&M manuals
  • Knowledge working with BREEAM desirable
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be able to work within a team as well as able to work on a task independently
  • MUST drive and have access to a vehicle due to the location of the office
