The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.
Job Responsibility:
Preparation of premium sandwiches and cold buffet items
Maintaining section organisation and cleanliness
Ensuring consistent presentation and portion control
Managing prep levels and stock rotation
Adhering to HACCP and food safety standards
Supporting smooth service flow during peak periods
Requirements:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
Previous experience in cold larder or sandwich production
Strong organisational skills
Reliable and punctual
High standards of cleanliness and presentation
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A passion for food and exceptional customer service
A flexible approach to fortnightly roster pattern
ASIC security clearance card or a willingness to obtain
