Job Description:

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Part-Time Catering Banquet Server at the Pensacola Bay Center. The Catering Banquet Server is responsible by performing the duties listed below.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide excellent service to our guests
  • Responsible for the set-up, service and breakdown of all meal functions, receptions and other related events
  • Server is required to be on time for each shift and in full uniform
  • Server is required to ensure the quality of their service is neat and consistent with the standards of The Pensacola Bay Center
  • Required to follow the directions of captains, management and perform the service skill required for each type of event
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and organization of the Department and for the upkeep and proper handling of equipment
  • Ensure that proper sanitation procedures are followed
  • All other duties/responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must have working knowledge of Food and Beverage operations including catering service standard procedures
  • Experience in a food and beverage along with service skills are required
  • Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors and employees
