Part-Time Call Handler - Coordinator

We are looking for a calm, professional and motivated individual to join our busy Airport Transfer Team as a Part Time Call Handler - Coordinator. Our company specialises in Airport Transfers and long-distance travel across the UK. This role is critical in ensuring journeys run smoothly, efficiently and on time, particularly where live flight monitoring, time-sensitive bookings and high levels of customer service are essential. This is a fast-paced and highly rewarding role where you will be responsible for coordinating drivers, handling customer calls and supporting the smooth running of our transport operation. Previous experience is not essential. We are happy to provide full training to candidates who demonstrate the right attitude, communication skills, professionalism and ability to remain calm under pressure. As the first point of contact for customers and drivers, you will play a vital role in delivering a safe, reliable and responsive service.
