Job Description

FM Conway is currently recruiting for a professional and motivated Part Time Business Support Administrator to join our Central Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic support function that plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business. As our Part Time Business Support Administrator, you will provide efficient, high-quality administrative support to our operational divisions, helping to ensure processes run smoothly and effectively across the organisation. This is a permanent, part-time position, working three days a week based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Job Responsibility

  • Entering and managing timesheet data and ensuring all information is completed within specified timescales
  • Raising and processing purchase requisitions through the Oracle system for various departments
  • Processing supplier invoices in accordance with company protocols and timelines, ensuring accuracy and matching to purchase orders
  • Monitoring and checking shared inboxes, prioritising and responding to emails
  • Carrying out a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with internal systems and procedures
  • Managing documentation for trace car relocations, accurate data entry, and the secure storage of records
