Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator to assist with the day-to-day administration within the Buildings and Estates office.

Job Responsibility

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Placing orders with suppliers
  • Perform general administration duties, such as filing and data entry
  • Using the company invoicing system (training will be given)
  • Covering holidays/sickness

Requirements

  • Good IT skills with knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Have a good telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
