Job Description:

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity, working within a unique retail environment for a market leader? Arco have a fantastic opportunity for a part time Branch Sales Advisor to join the team, working from our store in Trafford Park. The role will be working 20 hours per week over Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday - 2 full days, 1 half day. There may be some requirement to cover saturday mornings occasionally (3 hours). Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the health and safety industry or personal protective equipment (PPE), as we’ll teach you all there is to know, and provide you with a platform to learn, develop and grow.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering outstanding levels of customer service
  • Interacting with our customers, in store or on the phone, to promote our products and services
  • Providing a great shopping environment for our customers ensuring our stores are clean, tidy and presentable
  • Processing customer transactions and responding to customer enquiries using our bespoke IT software

Requirements:

  • Experience of working face to face with customers, preferably in a retail environment
  • An understanding of what makes a great customer experience
  • Strong IT skills, and the ability to learn new software
  • Full UK driving license would be preferred
