Our client is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support their accounting and financial operations on an onsite basis. This role is ideal for a hands-on bookkeeping detail oriented who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced working in QuickBooks.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
Generate basic financial reports as needed
Manage invoicing and track payments
Maintain organized vendor and financial documentation
Requirements:
3+ years of bookkeeping experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Solid understanding of general accounting principles
Experience with reconciliations and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
