Job Description:

Are you a detail-oriented Bookkeeper seeking a part-time opportunity? Are you available to start immediately? If so, we would love to learn more about you! ...

Job Responsibility:

Record and reconcile daily financial transactions
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Prepare and process payroll, including deductions and remittances
Generate monthly financial reports and assist with year-end closing
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit purposes

Requirements:

Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of payroll processing and related tax remittances
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
