Job Description:

Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-time Bookkeeper to join their team. If you have proficiency in Sage 50, and a knack for Excel, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Posting invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Managing credit control procedures
Processing purchase invoicing
Performing nominal coding
Conducting reconciliations
Assisting with cash flow management
Handling general administrative tasks
Answering incoming phone calls

Requirements:

Previous bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Sage 50
Excellent Excel skills
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
