Job Responsibility:
Input daily sales, payroll, invoices, and other financial transactions with precision
Prepare and maintain periodic financial reports using Microsoft Excel
Reconcile accounts to ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage and track financial data
Maintain an organized system for financial records and documentation
Support the team with additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related role
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
Familiarity with financial reporting and account reconciliation
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
