Job Responsibility:
Processing paperwork for orders and ongoing jobs
Preparing and issuing quotes and estimates
Liaising with customers regarding job updates and estimates
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
Previous administration or office-based experience desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable using IT systems (training provided)
Reliable, proactive and able to manage workload effectively
Ability to work well within a small team environment
