Job Responsibility:
Act as first point of contact for client and healthcare professional enquiries
Manage client onboarding, progress tracking, and offboarding
Coordinate initial consultations, process payments, and issue contracts
Handle requests for room bookings
Administer invoicing and payments
Support onboarding of new healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and digital tools
Attend weekly operational and quarterly meetings
Oversee office supplies and room maintenance checks
Provide administrative support to Client Manager and Directors
Requirements:
Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of SAGE is highly desirable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and flexible approach to administrative tasks
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
