Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organised Administrator to join our clients small, collaborative team on a part-time basis. This is a varied role that combines traditional lettings administration with responsibility for supporting our social media and marketing activity.

Job Responsibility

  • Preparing tenancy documentation
  • Handling applicant enquiries and managing email inbox
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Supporting the team with general day‑to‑day admin
  • Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Assisting with content creation and posting on social channels
  • Helping to promote the brand and increase visibility online

Requirements

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Proficient using MS packages
  • Familiar using CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised with great time management
  • A positive, friendly team player
