We are seeking a part-time Administrator to join our team in Bedford. In this role, you will support the branch with a wide range of administrative duties, ensuring customers receive prompt and efficient responses while contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the office. If you are highly organised, efficient, and have a strong eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibility:
Managing the branch email inbox and replies
Extensive communication via email and telephone internal and external customers
Raising purchase orders and invoicing
Raising work orders
Electronic filing and reporting vehicle defects
Updating the waste log
Updating our CRM
Supporting the warehouse and driving team with admin duties
Requirements:
Computer skills – familiar with Excel and Word
Administrative experience
Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work
