We are looking for a skilled Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide vital support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars efficiently, ensuring appointments are scheduled and conflicts are avoided
Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients, staff, and external partners
Assist in onboarding processes for new team members, including preparation of necessary documentation
Support the business office and multiple departments by handling administrative tasks and maintaining organization
Format letters and documents to meet high standards for accuracy and clarity
Conduct research and provide administrative support for departmental projects
Ensure proofreading of documents to maintain high-quality communication
Collaborate with seven departments to facilitate smooth interdepartmental operations
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and formatting documents
Ability to coordinate and confirm appointments effectively
Experience supporting multiple departments or teams simultaneously
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with onboarding processes and administrative support tasks
Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
