We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and office functions. Job Responsibility:
Manage and organize daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform accurate data entry to maintain detailed and up-to-date records
Coordinate and support receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing appointments
Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other office documents
Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment to ensure availability for staff
Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve workflow
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support scheduling and calendar management for meetings and events
Address ad hoc administrative needs as they arise
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Strong skills in answering and managing inbound calls effectively
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing appointments
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
