We are looking for a skilled Part time Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position requires a proactive individual who can support day-to-day office operations and assist with a variety of administrative tasks. Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including processing payments, checks, and correspondence
Maintain and oversee office inventory, including computers and supplies
Ensure regular office presence to receive deliveries and address onsite responsibilities
Follow up with team members to confirm task completion and resolve outstanding issues
Assist in preparing welcome gifts for new employees and help coordinate semi-annual face-to-face meetings
Organize travel arrangements, including booking accommodations and transportation for staff
Support marketing efforts by sending client gifts and coordinating administrative activities
Answer inbound calls and ensure effective communication with clients and team members
Schedule appointments and manage calendars to streamline workflow
Contribute to the planning and execution of special events as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative or office assistant roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other standard office software
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage schedules and coordinate appointments effectively
Experience in handling mail and deliveries
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Organizational skills to manage inventory and multiple tasks
Flexibility to assist with event planning and travel coordination
