Robert Half is partnering with a well-established investment firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant. This role supports senior leadership and the broader operations team with day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is professional, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to partners and investment professionals
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Assist with document preparation, formatting, and filing (digital and physical)
Maintain client records and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
Support office operations, including supply management and vendor coordination
Assist with special projects and ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services, investment, banking, or professional services
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Nice to have:
