Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed
  • Provide support for special projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Experience at a tax firm preferred
