Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming phone calls with attention to detail and courtesy, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate team members

Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and document preparation to support office operations
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a welcoming and attentive reception experience
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities
Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory to ensure a well-functioning workspace
Collaborate with team members to support special projects and meet deadlines
Provide consistent updates and reports to management regarding completed tasks and ongoing responsibilities
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Strong proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing inquiries effectively
Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
