Robert Half is searching for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and callers with professionalism and courtesy
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution
Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
Assist with data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting
Support general office operations, including supply inventory and orders
Perform additional administrative duties as required
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
additional administrative training or certifications (e.g., CAP) are a plus
1+ year of experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks
