We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations within the education/non-profit industry. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. This is a contract opportunity running from April-August.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and data entry
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination
Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal communications in a timely and professional manner
Maintain and organize digital and physical records
Assist with document preparation, reporting, and correspondence
Support team members with special projects and operational tasks
Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
1–3 years of administrative or office support experience (Education or non-profit industry experience preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
