We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent administrative support to various projects. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Manage administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date and properly maintained
Provide support with light accounting duties, including processing invoices and tracking expenses
Prepare price quotes and assist with project-related documentation as needed
Coordinate and oversee various office projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Assist with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment
Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper documentation for administrative processes
Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency and address any administrative needs
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing phone systems
Strong skills in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with light accounting practices and basic financial tasks
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant office software
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience answering phones
Great interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
