Job Responsibility:
Manage administrative operations, including scheduling, filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Handling travel for the CEO, expense reports, and event coordination
Support front office management and ensure smooth customer experiences and greeting guests
Supporting accounting operations
Handle communications via email and phone, maintaining high professionalism
Ordering office supplies and handling mailings
Phone calls and follow up on calls and emails
Requirements:
2+ years office experience is required
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong adaptability, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to consistently deliver results and maintain a high standard of professionalism
Punctual, reliable, and a strong work ethic
Able to efficiently learn and utilize new workplace technology as needed
Must have reliable transportation to commute to Tysons Corner, VA
