We are seeking an organized and proactive Part Time Administrative Assistant with proven experience using Canva to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and assist in creating visually compelling documents and presentations using Canva. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and brings both administrative and creative skills.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and handle correspondence
Draft, edit, and format a variety of documents, reports, and presentations
Design flyers, newsletters, social media graphics, and other professional materials using Canva
Assist with event logistics, internal communication, and basic project coordination
Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Screen and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
Order office supplies and assist with vendor relationships as needed
Support other administrative projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office or administrative support role
Demonstrated proficiency using Canva to produce professional-level materials
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
