Job Responsibility:
Be the first point of contact for incoming emails and enquiries
Send professional holding responses to clients and consultants
Organise and prioritise the inbox for efficiency
Maintain project trackers and administrative records
Set up and maintain digital filing systems and project folders
Prepare simple documents, templates and correspondence
Assist with invoicing preparation and payment tracking
Schedule meetings and manage calendar commitments
Provide general office organisation and administrative support
Support the implementation of basic business systems and processes
Assist with document formatting and issue control for drawings and reports
Requirements:
Highly organised and detail oriented
Strong written communication skills with a professional email manner
Comfortable working within a small, growing business environment
Proactive and able to work independently once instructed
Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and general digital systems)
Previous admin, office support or coordination experience preferred
