Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to support a growing finance team while working in a flexible hybrid environment. Job Responsibility:

Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Manage vendor documentation and prepare 1099 tax reporting as needed
Serve as a key point of contact for vendors and internal team members, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong communication
Assist in processing invoices, securing necessary approvals, and facilitating payment workflows
Maintain organized financial records and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards

Requirements:

At least 2 years of recent experience in accounts payable roles
Proficiency in handling 1099 tax reporting and related documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities
