We are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist position. This dual-role opportunity includes both accounting support and front desk administrative responsibilities, with potential for growth into a full-time role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing, purchase order reconciliation, and payment monitoring
  • Verify and match invoices against receiving documents, resolving any discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain financial documents and vendor files
  • Answer incoming calls and welcome office visitors in a professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling documents
  • Provide support to project managers and office staff as required

Requirements:

  • Preferred experience in accounts payable or general accounting
