We are looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist position. This dual-role opportunity includes both accounting support and front desk administrative responsibilities, with potential for growth into a full-time role. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Job Responsibility:
Manage accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing, purchase order reconciliation, and payment monitoring
Verify and match invoices against receiving documents, resolving any discrepancies
Organize and maintain financial documents and vendor files
Answer incoming calls and welcome office visitors in a professional manner
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling documents
Provide support to project managers and office staff as required
Requirements:
Preferred experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail
Effective communication and customer service skills
Capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a small office setting
