Job Responsibility:
Posting purchase invoices and payments onto Sage
Tracking down any missing invoices or expenses
Paying suppliers and managing related queries
Raising client invoices
Keeping the Benefit‑in‑Kind spreadsheet up to date
Supporting the preparation of management accounts
General filing and maintaining organised records
Providing holiday cover for the Finance Manager
Assisting with commissions and fire system checks
Handling urgent ad‑hoc finance tasks as they arise
Requirements:
Previous accounts experience essential
AAT qualified
Previous Sage experience ideal
Ambitious and keen to develop your career with the business
Willingness to undertake more hours in busy period (overtime paid)
Excellent initiative and able to pick things up quickly
Strong attention to detail skills
Ability to work under pressure
A team player
