Job Responsibility:
Using QuickBooks - experience essential
Processing invoices
Raising credits for customers
Chasing payments, handling invoice queries
Passing invoices to Managers to approve payment
Processing payments
Bank Reconciliation
Raising and chasing Purchase Orders
Assisting the Finance Director with accounts preparation as needed
Requirements:
Have Accounts experience
Are proficient using IT systems including QuickBooks
