Job Responsibility:
Process vendor invoices, verify supporting details, and prepare payments in a timely and accurate manner
Record incoming customer payments and update account balances to ensure receivables remain current
Enter financial data into accounting systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain organized records for invoices, payment activity, and account transactions for easy reference and audit readiness
Use QuickBooks to post transactions, review account activity, and assist with routine bookkeeping tasks
Reconcile billing and payment information by identifying discrepancies and working to resolve them promptly
Support invoice processing workflows and help keep accounting documentation complete and up to date
Requirements:
Experience handling accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities in an accounting or bookkeeping setting
Proficiency with QuickBooks and confidence using accounting software for daily transaction processing
Strong data entry skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy
Practical knowledge of invoice processing and financial record maintenance
