We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeper to support the CFO with day-to-day accounting tasks. This role requires strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Desktop and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling routine accounting functions and keeping financial records up to date.
Job Responsibility:
Enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks Desktop
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic reporting
Support the CFO with day-to-day accounting needs
Help ensure records are accurate and up to date
Assist with month-end tasks as needed
Requirements:
Experience using QuickBooks Desktop (required)
Previous experience in an accounting clerk, bookkeeping, or similar role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Basic Excel skills
Reliable, dependable, and comfortable supporting an executive directly
