As a Suspension Officer, you will work within the Suspension Team and report to the Suspension Supervisor. You will be responsible for issuing and processing suspension requests, organising quotations, and responding to customer enquiries across a range of channels—including face‑to‑face, email and telephone. This is a varied role, split between office-based administrative work and on‑street activity. Each day you will spend several hours driving a PCC service vehicle to install and remove suspension signage around the city.
