Job Description:

The Parking Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for the customer service and administrative functions of Parking Services. This position oversees financial administration, customer service strategy, and escalated issue resolution to ensure accurate financial stewardship, consistent policy application, and a high standard of service delivery. The role serves as a key decision-maker for complex customer matters and plays a critical role in maintaining trust, accountability, and operational efficiency within the department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provides strategic and operational leadership for the customer service and administrative functions of Parking Services
  • Oversees financial administration, customer service strategy, and escalated issue resolution
  • Serves as a key decision-maker for complex customer matters
  • Plays a critical role in maintaining trust, accountability, and operational efficiency within the department

Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Seven years of relevant experience
  • Requirements may be met through a combination of education and experience
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of T2 system (Garage operating system)
  • Customer service – dealing with angry customers and contractors
