Job Description:

The Parking Manager is responsible for the operational and administrative management of assigned parking areas, from start-up to full operation. This role coordinates staff, monitors performance and economic flows, ensures service quality, and compliance with contractual conditions. The role reports directly to the company management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze the financial and service conditions of contracts during the awarding phase
  • Participate in on-site inspections with the Project Manager
  • Manage meetings with clients and receive technical/administrative requirements
  • Organize the operations necessary for the start-up of parking areas
  • Coordinate shifts and personnel involved in the management of parking areas
  • Monitor and periodically report the economic flows of the assigned areas
  • Implement actions aimed at increasing the profitability of the managed areas
  • Ensure the proper condition of the premises and materials, and compliance with company procedures
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations for the areas under management
  • Liaise with external entities (suppliers, municipal administrations, maintenance or security companies)

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or degree, preferably in management-related fields
  • Experience in operational coordination, facility management, or project management roles
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage tasks independently
  • Good knowledge and use of main IT systems

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in the parking, mobility, or territorial services sector
  • Familiarity with workplace safety regulations
  • Knowledge of economic management processes and operational reporting
