We want to continue to grow and are looking for YOU: Parking Controller (m/f/d) for Darmstadt full-time for the Central Region

Job Responsibility:

  • Look after our customers' parking areas in the sun and rain and ensure compliance with the parking rules
  • Communicate with our customers in a friendly and determined manner as the first contact person for the parking areas and clarify any problems and misunderstandings directly with our business partners on site
  • Ensure a smooth process and carry out predefined measures in the event of violations, such as the creation of tickets
  • Act in a solution-oriented manner even in challenging situations and clarify disagreements
