Parking Controller (m/f/d) for Frankfurt full-time for the Central Region

Job Responsibility

  • look after our customers' parking areas in the sun and rain and ensure compliance with the parking rules
  • communicate with our customers in a friendly and determined manner as the first contact person for the parking areas and clarify any problems and misunderstandings directly with our business partners on site
  • ensure a smooth process and carry out predefined measures in the event of violations, such as the creation of tickets
  • act in a solution-oriented manner even in challenging situations and clarify disagreements
