Would you like to carry out parking checks in our parking areas and help drivers who have questions about their parking? Then you may be the one we are looking for as a parking attendant for Greater Copenhagen. We are currently looking for more employees in Greater Copenhagen both part-time and full-time with alternating working hours divided into day, evening and weekend shifts. Working hours are between 07.00 - 23.00. Depending on what is agreed with your group coordinator, your working day will start when you arrive at the emergency room or the first parking area on your route. As a new employee, you will go through our internal training courses, and you will be assigned a contact person who will help you get started with finding security in solving tasks, and service drivers who use the parking areas. You will be part of a team where there is a good collegiality, which is characterized by daily communication and a helping hand if needed. It may be an advantage, but not a requirement, that you have taken the AMU course "basic training for parking attendants". Regardless, we make sure to prepare you well through education and training. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license, but not a requirement.
Job Responsibility:
Perform parking inspections in parking areas managed by APCOA
Provide customer service to the drivers who use the parking area
Issue a control fee in accordance with the signposted rules on the individual pitches
Requirements:
Speaks and writes Danish, Swedish or Norwegian
Can handle a smartphone
Has an overview and works in a structured way
Are service-minded and helpful
Are self-employed and have a healthy work ethic
Must be able to present a criminal record
You thrive on a routine everyday life and enjoy being outside in all kinds of wind and weather
You are willing to work and thrive on being physically active
You are an inclusive and open-minded person who manages to keep a cool head
Nice to have:
taken the AMU course "basic training for parking attendants"
driver's license

Supplement on Saturdays after 14.00 and Sundays and public holidays: DKK 46.15 per hour
10% on top of that is set aside for special savings, which are paid out twice a year
6.75% of the holiday-eligible salary is set aside for SH payment
