In this role, you’ll help keep our park sparkling, safe, and welcoming for every guest. As a key member of our team, you’ll not only maintain high standards of cleanliness but also act as a friendly face for our guests, sharing your park knowledge and helping create unforgettable experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Keep our toilets spotless and hygienic
  • Clean and maintain our indoor play areas
  • Handle cleaning of bodily fluids safely
  • Empty bins and sort recycling
  • Litter picking and clearing up spillages
  • Perform general cleaning across the park
  • Chat with guests and answer their questions about the park

Requirements:

  • Proof of right to work in the UK (birth certificate or passport)
  • Contact details of a reference
  • Physical stamina - able to be on your feet for long periods, walk across the park, roll large bins, and restock facilities
  • Happy and confident to work alone at night
  • Passion for creating outstanding guest experiences
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Excellent observation and communication skills
  • Pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Ability to follow cleaning schedules and simple instructions
