Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver an exceptional service experience for children and families, ensuring high levels of parent satisfaction
  • Manage the full enquiry and enrolment journey for new families, from initial contact through tours and sign-up, consistently exceeding conversion targets
  • Respond promptly and professionally to parent enquiries via phone, email, online platforms, social media, and third-party review sites
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information to parents, proactively following up when answers are not immediately available
  • Handle parent feedback and complaints effectively, working closely with the Parent Experience Manager and Quality Manager to achieve positive outcomes
  • Accurately record all parent interactions, maintaining up-to-date, confidential, and compliant records at all times
  • Support nursery managers with annual occupancy forecasting to help maintain healthy and sustainable nursery occupancy levels
  • Collaborate with the Parent Experience Manager to uphold best practice and drive continuous improvement in parent services
  • Participate in parent and consumer research initiatives, including surveys, to inform service enhancements
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and colleagues, and work with the Brand Manager to ensure consistent and accurate communication across all channels

Requirements:

  • Car driver is essential
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
  • Completion of a “Keeping Children Safe” Form
  • A DBS
  • At least 2 satisfactory employment references
  • Some roles may also require a 5-year employment history
