Job Description:

Robert Half’s client is seeking a Part-Time Pardot (Salesforce Account Engagement) Consultant for a 3-month contract. This is a remote, 10 – 20 hour-per-week assignment; candidates must be able to meet during eastern (EST) hours. The Pardot Consultant will leverage Salesforce Account Engagement to improve audience engagement, automate communications, boost conversion rates, and empower internal stakeholders to maximize CRM-driven marketing. They will set up new campaigns while also creating documentation for future internal use.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and optimize automated drip campaigns for new campaigns
  • Build Account Engagement pathways for email journeys
  • Develop interactive, mobile-responsive email templates using best practices
  • Implement segmentation strategies for targeted messaging
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics
  • Enhance Salesforce reporting and dashboard capabilities
  • Build and support engagement pathways for events and partnerships
  • Apply best practices in Salesforce/Pardot administration and deliverability
  • Recommend new engagement channels such as SMS and texting platforms
  • Create and deliver documentation, training, and adoption resources for staff
  • Support the expansion of CRM usage across departments

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Experience designing and optimizing automated marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in data management, segmentation, and deliverability
  • Strong skills with Salesforce CRM, reporting, and analytics
  • Excellent communication, training, and documentation abilities
