Job Responsibility

Collect fecal specimens from login, scan into loads, and prepare for set up
Meet all minimum department requirements for para loads and Fcombo set-up rates
Accurately building loads and label processing tubes
Split specimens for Giardia ELISA when required
Find missing specimens. Print and reconcile queue list
Maintain organization of storage refrigerator
Maintain all equipment including hoods, centrifuges, etc.
Awareness of quality control and calibration
Crosstrain and develop knowledge of multiple specialties within department/lab
Follows applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), including safety and quality procedures. Maintains clean and organized work area. Restocks supplies as needed
