• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support financial planning activities
• Conduct analysis of client data to assist in developing tailored financial strategies
• Assist with the preparation of financial plans, including cash flow analysis, investment strategies, and risk assessments
• Maintain accurate client records using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and understanding of financial recommendations
• Organise schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow within the team
• Support the compliance process by ensuring all documentation adheres to regulatory standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries professionally and efficiently.

• Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong report writing and analysis skills within a financial services context
• Knowledge of financial planning principles and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• familiarity with IT systems is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues
• Ability to demonstrate good time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Diploma in Financial planning or equivalent qualification.

Customer service experience is advantageous, reflecting a professional approach towards clients.
