Maintains the ability to understand, utilize and efficiently integrate technology for longitudinal patient assessment, clinical interventions, physician consults and data collection related to paramedicine
Maintains an understanding of ethics as it relates to providing primary care evaluations and access across the spectrum of the patient population

Maintains a basic understanding reimbursement payer model (value-based versus fee-for-service)

Requirements:
WI EMT-Paramedic required for duration of employment with Mobile Medicine
National Registry preferred
Certified Community Paramedic (CP-C) or other CAMTS-designated provider credentialing required within two years of hire and maintained for the duration of employment
Maintains required certifications to include ACLS, PALS, BLS, as directed by the Medical Director
3 years' full-time experience in an 9-1-1 system functioning at the paramedic level of practice in any setting over any length of time or 3 years' full-time experience in a comprehensive (non-critical access) emergency department with a high-volume visits per day
Valid driver's license required, and individual must have at time of hire and maintain for duration of employment a motor vehicle operator record acceptable to Advocate Health's insurance carrier/underwriter
Must be able to drive vehicles safely in all types of weather
Knowledge of healthcare, EMS systems, and other regulating organizations including but not limited to local, state, and federal regulations preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
